Where do you pull your reports from?

All reports are pulled from the product manufacturers' website for the make and model of the items examined according to the lot, year, and batch number of the installed product. 

Who sets industry standards?

National Standards will be cited accordingly. The Standards are determined as follows: For wood, the National Wood Flooring Associate (NWFA); for hardwood The National Oak Flooring Manufacturers' Association (NOFMA), for engineered, hybrid, and solid wood flooring Rigid Flooring Covering Institute (RFCI)  and for tile the Tile Council of North America (TCNA) amongst others..

How do you ensure the tools and technology you use are up to standard/functioning properly?

All our equipment meets or exceeds the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) standards. This includes the following tools/tech: Tramex Master Kit, FLIR, PH Electronic Test, AZostix (Pet Urine), and when needed only appropriate industry-standard chemicals (91% Alcohol, Denatured Alcohol, Mannington Cleaner Stripper, Acetone, and Nalpha.
